Last fall, Sam Shepherd released Elaenia, his excellent debut LP as Floating Points. Today, he's announced a North American tour. The trek—on which he'll be backed by a band—kicks off this April in Los Angeles. Find a full itinerary below.
In other news, THUMP has premiered a nearly fifty-minute concert film detailing Shepherd's recent performance at YouTube Studios in NYC, backed by an 11-piece orchestra. It features laser light drawings created by Hamill Industries' Pablo Barquin and Anna Diaz. Check that out below the dates.
