Nearly two decades ago, elementary school principal Mr. David Hoss returned from summer break and told elementary school deputy principal Mr. Ken Schunk that he had found two ventriloquist puppets, removed their heads, and wanted to create a show that imparted core values such as respect, responsibility, and compassion to their students.
