In addition to his tenure in the Roots, ?uestlove is the author of Mo' Meta Blues and briefly ran a short-lived fried chicken restaurant. On April 12, he'll release a book that digs into his love of food culture, Grub Street reports. It's called something to food about: Exploring Creativity with America's Most Innovative Chefs, and it's coming via Clarkson Potter.
The book is co-written with Ben Greenman, who also co-authored Mo' Meta Blues, and will reportedly feature conversations with chefs and food-world figures including Modernist Cuisine's Nathan Myhrvold, Daniel Humm, and Ludovic Lefebvre.
